The sanatorium situated in the spa gardens is prepared to accommodate 178 patients in one and two bed rooms with full bathroom, telephone and TV. The building is accessible for people with disabilities, and also its architecture ensures easy movement indoors. The sanatorium treats primarily locomotor diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, discopathy, postoperative slipped disc, peripheral nervous system diseases, some gynaecological diseases. The treatment process uses unique salt sulphide waters, from which the inorganic sulphur in the bath enters the bloodstream through the skin and into the diseased tissue, eliminating inflammation. This alleviates pain and improves joints, inhibits and even reverses osteoarthritis. Spa guests do not have to leave the building to take medical treatments based on natural balneologic materials, because the spa launched the natural therapy facility. The fully equipped modern gym provides physiotherapy to restore mobility. The spa has a dining room serving home-cooked meals, and the café organizes dance evenings.
