The view stretches over the southern part of the Wigry Lake and its islands: Ordów and Ostrów. The glowing shallows split by the dark green sweeps of the depths add charm to this splendid view.

The platform is accessible to wheelchairs and the motion-impaired. It is located on the roof of a former icehouse (a building sunk in the lake, which was used to store ice and caught fish) close to the Bryzgiel forester’s lodge. The viewing point can be reached by a hardened gently sloping down path. The platform itself is accessible by a wooden footbridge. In this very place the waterfowl gather on the lake. You can watch the marsh harrier, cormorant, Eurasian coot and many species of ducks.
