Nadbużańskie Łęgi Natural Trail leads through the forest reserve called Łęg Dębowy – the Oak marshy meadow – covering 132.38 ha.
It is located in the Bug River oxbow, on a river flood plain, next to the stud farm in Janów Podlaski, in a forest complex called Uroczysko Dębina (Dębina Wilderness).
The Reserve stands out thanks to its thick forest complex of historic stands of oak trees surrounded by rich meadows which form the Bug River landscape.
The main rarity of the Reserve is the nowadays absent oak marshy meadow that survived in its primeval character (most of the common oak trees are nature monuments, ranging up to 4.5 m in circumference).
There are also rare plants, such as: shining spurge, moon carrot, sharpleaf willow, sweet grass.
The Trail is marked with an oak leaf symbol. It takes about five hours to cover the Trail.
