The Museum exhibits original pharmaceutical laboratory equipment from the 1930’s, 19th century crystal and porcelain jars, pharmacy cans, cobalt cylinders for storing and ageing cognacs and aromatic waters, pill jars, mortars and percolators. The exhibition is made complete by an extensive overview of the 'History of Pharmacy in Warsaw'.
The patron of the Museum was the first woman in Russia who got the title of the pharmacist. Leśniewska shared her life between career and social and so she started the 'female pharmacy', which was the world's first pharmacy employing women exclusively and implementing very progressive reforms.
