Centenary Hall is the representative place of Wroclaw city located in the picturesque surroundings of Szczytnicki Park and Japanese Garden.
Modernistic building was built at the beginning of 20th Century according to the project of visionary of architecture – Max Berger. During the period of almost 100 years of its existence in the hall were organized numerous exhibitions (spear 96 meters height which is placed in the nearby is the memento of some of them) as well as spectacles and concerts. Here concerted world-famous stars as Leonard Cohen and Pat Metheny. 2006 the hall was scheduled in the UNESCO list of world heritage as the first monument in Wroclaw.
