Originally a chapel mentioned in 1305, as a parish Church in 1500.
Rebuilt in the 18th century, from 1650 to 1944 it was a branch of the Church in Zębowice. Currently, a parish Church. The outer walls of the Church board, partly lined with shingles. Pitched roof with a prominent shingled eaves. Above the nave a hexagonal turret. Western part of the roof of the nave with an octagonal tower of post and beam construction. Classicist interior. Sculptures, pulpit and baptismal font from the 19th century, and organ from the 18th century.
