The Church in the village of Goła was mentioned as early as 1353, the current one comes from the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries
Late Baroque main altar and two Baroque side altars. Antique statues of saints: Anne, Joseph, Francis, Christ, the painting of Our Lady of Częstochowa, the Stations of the Cross, and numerous paintings of folk character: Trinity, Ecce Homo, St. Roch, the Crucifixion, St. Valentine. A valuable monument is the tombstone of Hans von Küschenbohr, died in 1684, stone, with inscription. The bell was cast in 1684 in Wrocław. Historic liturgical objects from the 18th century, such as candlesticks, vestments donated by Elżbieta Chocimirska.
