Church of Our Lady Help of Christians is the fourth temple in the history of the Roman – Catholic parish of Kluczbork, which dates back to the 13th century.
The main altar and pulpit were created in the Schreiner’s studio in Munich and side altars are the work of sculptor Frillhase of Erfurt. The middle part of the main altar in the form of a triptych with sculptures of Our Lady and Child, the patron of the Church, at the centre, with two angels on the sides, holding crown above her head. Moving wings of the triptych are covered with bas-reliefs depicting scenes from the life of Our Lady and the birth of Jesus Christ. Beautiful stained glass in the chancel and transept arms depicting saints come from the workshop of Linnemann from Frankfurt am Main.
