The Church was built in 1737 with the foundation of Kazimierz Michal Raczynski. This is the Church with pole-frame construction filled with bricks.
The Church has three naves, with two tower-like facade. The interior is divided into three naves with wooden columns supporting the ceiling. Within the furnishing of the Church there are Baroque and Rococo elements preserved. The pulpit and baptismal font from the second half of the eighteenth century. In the outer north wall there is an early Baroque tombstone of Zofia z Latalskich Rejowa (d. 1630.) with an inscription in Latin.
