Only here, in Ciechanowiec, you can become familiar with the art of Easter egg decoration. That considerable collection is made of eggs decorated with wax, paint, colour paper, bulrush, knitting wool, as well as rice and poppy seeds. The first Polish Easter egg museum opened in 2004. It houses over 1000 unique exhibits from a private collection of Irena Stasiewicz - Jasiukowa and Jerzy Jasiuk, who gave it to the museum as a gift. Each egg is a genuine piece of art, unique in its type.
