The Museum's purpose is to spread knowledge about Polish emigration.
The Museum of Polish Emigration is located in the Podchorążówka bulding in the Łazienki Królewskie Park. Its purpose is to spread knowledge about Polish emigration: it shows both the reasons for the phenomenon of the emigration of Poles to different corners of the world, and presents profiles of outstanding immigrants. The Museum houses various collections of art, which had been owned by Ignacy Jan Paderewski. The main hall (the former kitchen area) is often used to host concerts.
