Private Museum located at the back of the pharmacy which remained open for 150 years.
The museum has 5 rooms – prescription room rich in books (including old medical prints), a library, an interesting corridor, herbal room and a galena laboratory. The rooms house exhibits which present the history of pharmacy and medicine. The museum’s collection includes many interesting prints, medical diplomas, 19th century herb books and a collection of medical utensils and instruments. On the corridor walls recipes, pharmaceutical catalogue numbers and other documents from the field of pharmacy and medicine are displayed. Looking at these old documents, we may notice that the language has changed over time, along with official stamps, but the fact that there has always been a need for medicine remains unchanged.
