On 3 June 2005, an up-to-date Educational Centre and Museum were inaugurated in the Magurski National Park, in the locality of Krempna.
Huge exhibition hall, the area of which reaches more than 300 square metres with its height varying from 4 up-to 9 metres is the clou of the Centre since fine natural values of the Magurski National Park are shown there, including its landscape, vegetation and animal coverage in different seasons of the year. Exhibition showing 22 tree species which grow in the Park as well as an exhibit presenting bear and a display showing various forms of nature conservation in Magurski National Park can be watched in the Centre. The Centre manages educational courses for children and youth on such topics like the environment, ecology, botany, zoology, arranges for trips around the National Park, and makes accessible its premises for the purpose of organisation of conferences and seminars. Scientists and students of the Jagiellonian University and Agricultural University from Cracow co-operate with the Centre in Krempna.
