The Greek Catholic church dedicated to St. Paraskewa was built in 1792 (a Catholic church dedicated to the Holy Virgin Mary since 1951). In 1892 it was renovated and enlarged: the west vestibule was built. Between 1945 and 1951 the Polish-Soviet border crossed the village. In 1973, this former Greek Catholic church was thoroughly renovated.
