The Orsetti family tenement house was built in 16th century. The Family came at Anna Ostrogska’s (the then owner of Jaroslaw) invitation from italian city Lucca.
The tenement has been regarded as a one of the most interesting monument of Renaissance architecture in Poland. Now the building houses the town’s museum. Permanent exhibitions of the museum: History of Jaroslaw, inetriors of typical middle class’s dwelling, headsman's swords from 17th and 18th century, old city registers and documents.
