The tower seen the best from Vistula side links the times of Teutonic Knight's reign, picturesque backstreet transfers in old times, so that indulging in fantasizing we can see the Knights in white coats.
The tower comes from the end of XIIIth century and is cosidered as the oldest of the municipal towers. Built on a quadrilateral plan. The building of the St. Georges' brotherhoog and the Tower was built in 1883 when among others the tower was with the turret and four-pitched roof was added. The tower and the manor house are situated between wall of the Teutonic Knight's high castle.
